1) All Fall Convention Exclusive 2020 Pop!s are limit to 2 units,per customer.

2) Full payment is required to secure your order. For GHL payment option,your payment will be process upon confirmation. For "Bank Deposit" payment option,please ensure to make payment within 24 hours and follow payment instructions,to avoid cancellation of your order.

3) Postage orders are to be sent out progressively from 14th October,2020 onwards. You will receive an email with tracking instructions,upon dispatch to courier.

4) Outlet Pickup Orders are to be sent out in batches from 15th October,2020 onwards. Kindly wait for our email confirmation for collection,before stopping by. Mid Valley and MyTown to receive within 3-5 working days,whereas,Southkey to receive within 5-7 working days.

5) Allocation will be given based on the earliest order onwards.

6) Sheldonet does NOT guarantee order fulfillment,in the events of any situation that is beyond our control.

7) Sheldonet has the rights to amend,change or cancel without prior notice.

8) You are abiding with our terms and conditions,with your purchase and we have the rights to cancel your order if you failed to do so.

9) Return policy: Goods sold are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable and while stock last.
